On Saturday, January 25th, Rob Roy once again celebrated its annual Robbie Burns’ Dinner, honouring the famous Scottish poet, at the Rideau Acres Campground. There was a great turnout of Rob Roy members, friends, family, and community members despite the wild weather outside. After a performance by the Rob Roy Pipe Band and Highland Dancers, guests enjoyed a delicious meal of haggis and neeps, and a prime rib dinner provided by Western Cut. For dessert, scones were kindly donated by Bread & Butter Bakery, and other baked goods were made by the dancers. Special thanks to Marianne Wood, Leslie Stewart, and everyone else who was involved in making the event such a success! See you in 2015!
